Returns & Exchanges

At Draco Slides, we want you to walk in total comfort; if your slides aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Slides

  Place the unworn slides back into their original Draco box and secure them in a durable shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
